* To strengthen the investor grievance redress mechanism in the securities market, the SEBI has issued the circulars dated July 31, 2023 and August 4, 2023 providing guidelines for “Online Resolution of Disputes in the Indian Securities Market”.

  1. Company Secretary

    For the initiation of the dispute redressal process, an investor having a grievance/ complaint shall first write to the Company Secretary.

  2. SCORES Portal

    If the grievance is not redressed satisfactorily, the investor may escalate the same through the SCORES Portal at https://scores.gov.in/scores/Welcome.html

  3. ODR Portal

    After exhausting all the available options for resolution of the grievance, if the investor is still not satisfied with the outcome, dispute resolution can be initiated through the ODR Portal at https://smartodr.in/login
